Purchasing a pre-made template assures that you have complete control over your design. The initial cost for a template purchase is very low - with templates ranging from $5-$70. If you have basic HTML knowledge and the right software, you can easily modify an existing template to have your site up and running very quickly. If you choose to purchase a pre-made template, you will need to purchase a domain name and webhosting separately.
